We are dedicated to changing the lives of people one student at a time, through martial arts, education and coaching. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all students and family members in the Newmarket area. In addition to physical training, our taekwondo instructors help teach our students how to practice Integrity, Respect, Courtesy, Self-Control, and have a Positive Attitude. Most important of all, we promise that each class will be fun !!!

We strongly believe that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience levels.
